How to use: Apply a small amount of oil gel to dry face, massage until the makeup has dissolved, then rinse. Upon contact with water, it will transform into a light milk that removes dullness and bad thoughts!
If you prefer, you can use a cotton pad, preferably reusable, to remove any leftover dissolved makeup and then rinse.
